1U rack mount switch and Rpis
When your best friend needs a custom 1U rack enclosure for their Ubiquiti 8-port POE switch and raspberry pis, they get a custom enclosure. Here is the final piece installed in the wall mounted rack. Eventually the Rpis will be used for lab testing and perhaps some home automation workloads. The piece is printed in two halves and slides together with a somewhat odd dovetail design. Future revisions will improve the stability of the cage housing the POE switch....

Retro Gaming Mouse
I’m a big fan of vertical mice. I find it far more comfortable for longer sessions designing, and I’ve even become accustomed to it while gaming. I’m no FPS pro but I can still get through my favoritre single player games just fine. I decided to combine my love for mechncail keybaords, retro tech, and vertical mice int one package. Thus my idea for the retro vertical mouse was born. The idea is pretty simple, find inspiration from the beige, clunky technology of my childhood, add in hotswap mechanical switches, and make it vertical....

Tower PC design log.. I got into small form factor PCs as, what felt to me at the time as a natural progression of my love for PC building. I soon realized it adds yet another layer of complexity to the build process. It’s also really fun trying to figure out the best way to cable manage in tight spaces, picking the exact right GPU that will acutally fit, and finally acecpting that thermals will almsot always suck....
